The mission of Extreme Tool & Engineering continues to change as quickly as it develops, due to the challenges presented by our Industry in a Global Economy. As the Competition increases from worldwide/global competitors, we seek opportunities to add value in non-traditional ways. While we recognize the need to provide products at competitive prices, we also realize more and more every day that we provide a service more than a product.We realized several years ago that making the transition from a Moldmaker to an efficient Mold Manufacture was paramount to our success. This directive did not come without its challenges, but we feel our company is healthier, more productive, and vibrant than it would have been had we dealt with this challenge in any other manner.

We maintain several core beliefs which we believe will allow us to succeed.

1) Ask our customers what they need/don't tell them what we will do for them. Grow with our customers.
2) Do what we say we will do, on time, every time. Results vs. Excuses.
3) Pretty good isn't good enough/Quality is a given
4) Continue to look outside the box for ways to improve what we do, every day. Molds need to be manufactured faster and cheaper, every day/every year: Find ways to do so without compromising margins.
5) Find ways to add value/services to what we do well already.
6) Reinvest consistently in our people and equipment.
