Designer and manufacturer of in-line thermoforming systems, granulators, and thermoforming molds. The year 2005 marked milestomnes of our 40th year in busines and the shipment of our 1000th thermoformer. Our thermoformer systems range from 28" to 50" mold widths with depth of draws up to 7" in a variety of resins including PS foam, HIPS, PP, TFPP, PET, CPET, PLA, PVC, OPS, etc. All our thermoformers feature a forming station and a down stream , punch and die trim press. PC based control using our patented Ballerina software. The patented NT trim press is avialable in all models including 2 versions of VTS all offering a stable and high tonnage press at up to 200RPM. The Chesaw granulator is low noise, high output, and low maintenance granulator with underpress, roll fed and part configurations.We manufacture molds and punch and die sets for PS foam and rigid products.An extensive in house machine shop manufactures all machine and tooling parts.Service is a prority to us.
