Since 1984, Hi-Tech Engineering, Inc. has been manufacturing quality custom high-pressure metering and mixing equipment. We also feature a complete line of periferal mold handling equipment including turntables, conveyors, and complete turnkey systems. Hi-Tech offers a line of economical entry level equipment that provides an alternative to low pressure machines by eliminating solvent flush and providing higher accuracy metering. It features a high pressure impingement mixing head, variable frequency pump drives, high pressure chemical metering pumps, optional temperature control, phone modem and an operater interface that details the last 10 shots on screen, pressure graphs and enhanced maintenance information. Hi-Tech offers a diverse line of RIM machinery to solve even the toughest molding applications. We have designed machines that will shoot more than 100,000 pounds of foam a day, as well as machines that will dispense a shot as small as three grams.
