We’re specialists in screenless granulation with over 50 combined years experience. We manufacture the innovative Bi-Cutter press-side, screenless granulators. Our patented, two-stage cutting system uses ultra low speed to produce uniform regrind free from longs, dust & powder. The Bi-Cutter will process all materials including TPE’s & engineered resins. It produces more usable regrind, versus screened granulators, significantly reducing resin & manufacturing costs. It uses low hp which reduces energy costs. The Bi-Cutters can be customized to meet customer requirements by providing special components and option cutter sizes. They can be customized for clean room applications. We review the customer needs & test samples in our lab to provide solution for regrind and granulation problems worldwide. Our knowledgeable parts & service department also offer rebuild options for the SRS Bi-Cutter & Nissui S-Cutter (Scutter). SRS also offers Fine Separator & Evacuation Systems.
