SIMCO will be introducing their NEW ChargeMaster electrostatic charging equipment at NPE 2006. The NEW ChargeMaster line features many user and performance enhancements for plastics applications, especially injection in mold decorating. The NEW ChargeMaster systems are also ideal for roll-to-roll changeover applications and bag making.SIMCO will also have on display their complete lines of static control systems and web/sheet cleaning equipment. Static control systems include static bars, ionizing nozzles, blowers and guns, curtain transvectors and in-line pneumatic conveying static neutralizers. SIMCO's web/sheet cleaning systems include contact and non-contact, vacuum style and tacky roll. Combination systems, combining vacuum and tacky roll will also be on display.Throughout NPE 2006 we will have several on going live demonstrations including:·Injection in-mold labeling·Web cleaning·Monitoring and neutralizing static·Static neutralization of plastic trim
