RIC has demonstrated that, by controlling the melt temperature and dispersion at the nozzle, we can create these micro-cellular foams at no additional cost. Class A surfaces are accomplished utilizing typical gas counter pressure techniques. We can also achieve a target weight reduction on a thin-wall configuration with improved cycle time and reduced machine energy.
