The IS-IBC system improves production rate, maintains tight lay flat control, reduces scrap, and makes your operators more efficient. The LF-Sizer system allows tight control of layflat for film lines without internal bubble cooling. There are five levels of automation that allow us to customize a system specific to your needs. D.R. Joseph, Inc. also manufacturers the seal-cut sealing (machine direction) system for plastic film. The seal-cut is capable of producing high quality, sealed edges in a wide variety of film applications. The stand-alone design allows it to be free standing or easily attached to winders, bag-making machines and rewinders.
