Injection Moulding technology

Injection moulding machines with mould clamping forces from 300 to 54,000 kN for thermoplastics, thermosets and elastomers. Machines for special processes and for CD/CD-R/DVD production lines. Customized solutions for all applications, from injection moulding machines as subsystems to turnkey flexible manufacturing systems (automation) including handling systems and robots.


Extruder technology

Single and twin screw extruders, peripherals and downstream equipment, dies and callbrations systems; components and granulating systems for automated production. Complete extrusion lines for the production of pipe, profiles, panels and pellets.


Reaction Process Machinery

Machinery and systems for processing Polyurethane and other reactive materials, using various blowing agents.
System components: high-pressure reaction systems, low-pressure reaction systems, metering machines, Pentane premixing units, transport systems (e.g. rotary tables, conveyors, etc.) mould carriers, mixing heads and mixing head manipulators.
Systems for special processes: e.g. LFI - Long Fibre Injection-PUR®, NFI - Natural Fibre Injection-PUR®, CCM - Clear Coat Moulding, PSM – PUR Spray Moulding, R-RIM – Reinforced RIM, S-RIM – Structured RIM, RTM - Resin Transfer Moulding, rotation sintering and recycling.
