In this short span of time, the company has grown into a fully equipped mold and machine facility offering the very latest in machining technology. While we specialize in injection molds for pipe fittings and PVC applications, we also offer a wide range of expertise in the design, engineering and building of all types of molds, using a variety of mold building steels. ESTERLE makes injection molds for all plastic parts application, including structural foam and compression molds for all products used in all industries. In addition, ESTERLE is able to qualify injection molds and offer short/long production runs at our location by using our own 7 injection molding machines ranging from 100 ton to 850 ton! Each day we meet the challenges of a demanding market in the rapidly changing thermoplastics industry. ESTERLE's experienced personnel are well trained to use statistical process control equipment which monitors quality throughout the production process. It is our way of providing customer satisfaction. ESTERLE Plastics Division has two on-site 60,000 lb silos. ESTERLE is able to run production on all types of plastic parts using our seven injection molding machines ranging from 100 ton to 850 ton! ESTERLE Mold & Machine Co., a modern 65,000 square foot production complex, is located near the major transportation terminals of Akron, Ohio. Plant lifting capacity features 3, 5, 10, 15 and 25 ton overhead cranes, plus internal handling equipment up to 30,000 pound capacity.
