Neutrex began operations in 1992 and soon thereafter introduced PURGEX™, a uniquely engineered commercial purging compound developed exclusively for the cleaning of thermoplastic resin molding equipment: injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding. The company was founded by Arthur P. Haag, a chemical engineer with years of experience in chemical manufacturing, sales, and research. Under his leadership, Neutrex has developed, and continuously improved, a suite of

highly effective PURGEX purging compounds. The Neutrex headquarters in Houston, Texas incorporates a modern compounding and pelletizing operation and a

well-equipped laboratory for continued research, product development and testing.
