American Maplan CorporationEXTRUSION SYSTEMS. Twin-screw extrusion systems for rigid PVC pipe, siding and profiles including three conical and four parallel twin-screw extruders: Con 40, BEX 54 and DSK 62 conicals; and TS 92, TS 110, TS 135 and BEX 168 parallels with 26:1 L/D. Single screw extrusion systems for polyolefins with extruders from 45mm to 220mm with 30:1 L/D. Extrusion output rates from 100 to 5000 lb/hr. Natural fiber composite extrusion systems are available with all extruder types. Tooling is available for PVC and polyolefin pipe from 1/2 in. to 63 in. Complete tooling is also available for siding, profile, fence, deck and natural fiber composites. Complete downstream systems are available for all indicated product lines. Complete new or rebuilt barrel and screw program.
