Bales Mold Service, Inc. was established in 1978 and has grown into a cutting edge, full service polishing and plating operation serving customers across the United States and worldwide. In 2001, Bales Mold opened a second location in Harlingen, Texas. Bales is known today industry-wide as a premier vendor that can handle intricate coating and finishing applications to solve corrosion and abrasion problems. The newest coating, NIBORE, is an electroless nickel boron nitride co-deposited matrix. This coating has a coeffiecient of friction of 0.05 and a Rockwell hardness of 54 RC. Hard chrome and diamond chrome can be uniformly deposited in the most difficult areas by using a conforming anode. Bales Mold polishers are setting the standards on all SPI finishes. Micro welding is also available for fine repairs. All under one roof!
