Recently there has been a movement in the automotive world to themoform exterior vehicle parts. Geiss us at the leading edge of that movement and our machine has been producing panels for the SMART for over 6 years. Geiss has developed stainless steel machine that meet the stringest clean room enviroments.At NPE this year we will be running a hood scoop on a Ford mustang using Soliant film on a Solvay TPO base, extruded and laminated by Southtech Plastics. This thick sheet forming with paint film allows a finished part to be produced.We then will be trimming with our new 5 axis ECO trimmer which is very attractively priced.This finished part will be fitted to a 2006 Ford Mustang, which we will be displaying in our booth.Geiss are the only company worldwide who produce their own thermoformers, trimmers, trimming jigs and thermoforming molds. Geiss will truly give one stop shoping for our customers.
