Heritage Plastics is a specialty compounder focusing exclusively on calcium carbonate concentrates designed for PE, PP, & PS resin replacement. Our pelletized products are comprised of 75%-80% 1 micron, surface treated CaCo3 with 20%-25% resin carrier (PE, PP, & PS carriers available.)

Pricing for our products is nearly 1/2 that of resin, and 80% more stable. Processors use our products at 10%-30% to replace resin & reduce material costs. Because calcium carbonate improves cooling, a reduction in cycle time is also expected along with certain physical property benefits.

Our customers include processors in every corner of the plastics industry including blown & cast film extrusion, blow molding, sheet extrusion, injection molding, and extrusion coating.
