StaMixCo manufactures motionless mixers for the processing of viscous materials for Injection Molding Mixing Nozzles, Extrusion Melt Blenders, installation inside of dies and hot runner systems, processing Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR), Polyol, Polyurethane, etc., for the manufacture of polymers; and plastic disposable motionless mixers for one-time use.

Process applications include the homogenization of viscous polymers and polymer melts, thermal homogenization, the mixing of materials with large differences in viscosity and volumetric flow rate ratios, plug flow reactors, and polymer heaters and coolers.

We manufacture proprietary high performance static mixer designs for plastics processing that have been licensed from Bayer AG, Leverkusen, Germany as well as dramatically improved versions of the industry standard Type-X Mixing Grid Static Mixer (compatible to the Sulzer SMX® brand) and the Type-H Helical Static Mixer (compatible to Kenics Helical brand). For plastic disposable motionless mixers that are used and discarded, we manufacture the industry standard helical design as well as 2-high performance plastic mixing grid type designs.
