Our specialty / strength of mold design and mold manufacturing is in multi-component, multi-cavity for high production levels, stack, spin-stack, insert, in-mold labeling, and medical molds for clean room applications, including overmolding of LSR applications.. As a result, BraunForm GmbH produces around 150 molds annually. Our goal, as a modern mold shop, is to offer "art to part" capabilities from Product Development to turnkey packages. Additionally, BraunForm offers a line of high-end standard and custom rotary tables which can be interfaced across a variety of injection molding presses for multi-component / multi-material applications.
