High Tech Laser offers precise and micro laser engraving of industrial mold components including cavities, cores, dies, and inserts. Our lasers produce a surface mark or can engrave to depths of .075" and deeper. Metals commonly lasered include aluminum, BeCu, brass, carbide, copper, stainless, tool steels, and carbon graphite for electrodes. 3-Dimensional, contoured surface and texturing are among the many additional engraving services available. High Tech Polishing achieves SPI finishes to your specific needs on custom injection parts, inserts, blow molds and extrusion molds. We can also weld your part, machine down the weld, polish the part back to its original surface, and re-engrave the part if necessary for a complete one-stop shop for your repair needs. High Tech Promotions provides laser engraving and deep marking services for advertising, sports, corporate awards and other promotional products. High Tech Mold Repair does micro welding, jig grinding, OD / ID grinding, CNC milling, and lathe work. When working on some repair projects, such as a part not releasing properly or flashing, it is best to recieve a few sample shots from the tool. By viewing the sample parts everyone can see where the problem is on the part and compare it to how it is reacting with the mold.
