VTI's products are leading the way for the synchronous manufacture of molded and metalized parts. VTI can tailor the coatings and processes using a variety of metals, in-chamber base and top coatings, and thermal, sputtering or cathodic arc coating techniques. Automotive lighting, consumer lighting, medical, electronic shielding and decorative applications are a few of the markets served. VTI's coating services group offers metalizing and hard coatings. We utilize our patented Cat Arc® low temperature PVD methods and other sputtering processes (strippable CrN coatings for plastic injection molds, TiN, TiAlN, TiCN, TiB2 for aerospace, electronic, machine tools, components and more).
