AVIAN-USA, LLC, located in Halls, TN, is the exclusive North American Distributor for Avian Granulators and Systems. We at AVIAN, offer a full line of high quality, low decibel, dust free processing equipment incorporating the latest soundproofing technology found in the industry. We manufacture a wide range of processing machinery including complete Washlines, custom Shredders, and compelling Pulverizers. AVIAN’s main product line of Grinders, includes low, medium, and high speed equipment. Our models include the GZ80/60 series, G50 series, G46 series, and GL series with 27 varieties. Motor horsepower ranges from .5HP to 300 HP. These machines are sold as part of a complete system or as a stand-alone system. We offer a full line of material handling equipment to compliment each granulator. Our material handling systems include tippers, conveyors, metal detection and separation, blowers, and cyclones with stands. These machines will accept purge, film, sheet, plastic parts, as well as other hard to process materials. Users include the Automotive, Electronic, Chemical, Packaging, and Recycling industries. AVIAN-USA, LLC stocks a wide range of granulators and ship daily from our distribution center in Halls, TN. Our distribution center also warehouses a superior line of aftermarket parts for all of our granulators (wear and non-wear parts). Our experienced service technicians are available for machine start-up, technical support, and routine maintenance.
