Fast4m (Form) Tooling designs and builds laminated prototype & production molds, dies and fixtures utilizing a portfolio of patented processes. Molds are built with conformal and/or flood cooling channels which significantly reduces cycle times over traditional built molds , and improves part quality while reducing warp and stress tendencies. Cycle time reductions of up to 57% have been realized using the Fast4m process. Mold costs are competitive against traditionally built tooling. By using a lights out operation combining laser and punch systems, we eliminate 60 to 80% of machining operations common in mold building.
