Werth, Inc. provides Coordinate Measuring Machines to measure and inspect plastic components using Multi-Sensor technology. Werth software has the ability to import CAD drawings, completely measure parts and compare the results to the nominal values using BestFit and ToleranceFit algorithms. The new Werth TomoScope uses x-ray tomography to provide a nondestructive 3D measured image, accurately mapping the results using multiple sensors to recalibrate the point cloud. Measuring programs are easily created using Teach-In mode or 2D or 3D offline or online programming. Multi-Sensors include, among others: the unique Werth Zoom, Tactile touch trigger and scanning probes, Laser probes, and the patented Werth Fiber Probe for very small, previously immeasurable features. All sensors are fully integrated and can be used in one measuring routine. Werth application engineers are available for consultation on your application and can provide measuring solutions and results on your sample parts.
