Our Team

APQP (Advanced Production Quality Planning) Team

Jatco's philosophy of customer service is reflected throughout our entire TEAM. Jatco embraces a policy of team management from cradle to grave for every customer project. Each project is assigned a primary project manager and an APQP team. The APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) team is comprised of representation from all departments such as production and production planning, engineering, tooling, shipping and senior management. All TEAM members are cross-trained to provide you with the absolute best customer service and back-up support.

Production Team

Following the APQP policy, our production and production planning teams are cross-trained and current with the status of every production order. With service excellence as the focus of every Team member, any individual member can provide you with accurate order status information.
At Jatco, we don't just take orders: we verify and validate them to ensure optimum delivery excellence. Our commitment to customer satisfaction goes beyond industry standard. Through strong Team monitoring, we provide early detection and response in the event of potential order errors or anomalies. It's a philosophy of Team customer support we follow throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Facilities

Jatco, Inc., located in Union City, CA in the San Francisco Bay area, has been molding quality plastic parts since 1976. With 30 molding machines, including a 720 ton two component press, an array of assembly, decorating and ultra-sonic welding and insertion equipment, fully operational tooling, engineering and quality departments, Jatco can provide complete manufacturing services to any customer.

Our proximity to the Port of Oakland, rail car access adjacent to both main buildings and over 102,000 square feet of production and warehouse space on over 5 acres of land provide plenty of manufacturing, distribution and storage capacity.

Industry Training

Jatco, Inc. is the official San Francisco Bay Area downlink and training site for the Plastics Learning Network, a Society of the Plastics Industry endorsed training program. Many valuable courses are offered through the Plastics Learning Network. Our relationship with the Plastics Learning Network and the Society of the Plastics Industry afford us direct satellite access to current technology and trends. This benefits our employees and customer's alike.
