ALL-CON Railcar Unloading Systems

ALL-CON has a long and distinguished record of achievement in designing and installing efficient and dependable railcar unloading systems. Our designs have been known to produce "kinder and gentler" systems, compared to traditional approaches. For example, in the plastics industry, our systems eliminate problematic “angel hair” (strands of melted, laminated plastic that clog filters and increase maintenance costs and system downtime) by incorporating our exclusive pressure differential pot (P/D pot)  that permits low-speed conveyance, requires no compressed air, and has no motorized feeding devices. You can count on ALL-CON to provide railcar unloading, railcar loading, and storage systems that are custom-tailored to your particular operation


The ALL-CON Bulk Bag Unloading System (BBU-48)
The ALL-CON Bulk Bag Unloading System (BBU-48) provides a dependable method of unloading bagged bulk and semi-bulk materials. Requiring little or no maintenance, the system handles dry materials in reusable bulk bags that can be loaded by fork truck or hoist from floor level. The ALL-CON system can easily be operated or serviced by one person and is a cost-effective solution to bulk bag handling operations.Options include a device that allows a partially filled bag to be removed, and a tension and roll-up device for liners.

CLEANFEED® Automatic Glue Feed System
  • Glue on demand eliminates air pockets that cause char clogged lines, melting pots, and nozzles, destroying entire melting systems.
  • Fines and starches are filtered out before chips enter melting pots preventing nozzle clog. Nozzles last longer and glue seals are tight with no glue “dribble” on cartons or conveyors.
  • Self-cleaning system purges delivery lines every time a hopper is filled. No manual cleaning needed and no wasted glue chips.
  • Non-intrusive, stand-alone feeder that adjusts to fit a multitude of melting systems, yet doesn’t interfere with any other operating system.
  • One CLEANFEED system can supply multiple lines and/or melting stations, up to 20 with one unit.
