March 23, 2008 - Two local, competing plastics companies are at odds in court, with one company accusing the other of hiring a former employee who is suspected of sharing trade secrets. Rexam Closures and Containers Inc. has filed a complaint against the former employee and Berry Plastics Corp. in Vanderburgh Circuit Court. That figure increased after July 31, when the company purchased the plastics division of Owens-Illinois Closures Inc.
