Staples looks to grow the easy way

June 13, 2007 - Staples recently unveiled its computer recycling program. The retailer is finding suppliers to make recycled products at the same quality and price points as non-recycled, he said. The new Glendale, Colo., store has been “selling recycled paper like crazy,” said senior manager Gene Nelson, with shoppers increasingly opting for 100 percent post-consumer rather than the 30 percent option.
