June 17, 2007 - He empties the cigar box he uses as a cash register and tucks a wad of bills into his pants. He lost $11,000: the money to pay his $1,600 monthly rent, bills and taxes. He keeps pictures of his two children, his grandson and another young nephew underneath a plastic covering he uses as a countertop.
