June 18, 2007 - Pioneer Press If the astilbe through zinnias are out of the pots and into your flower beds, take those empty plastic pots to be recycled. Pots can be any size or color, but they must be the sturdy plastic kind. Cell packs - those flimsy rectangular containers that usually hold four to six annuals - can't be recycled yet.
