November 19, 2007 - Issuing a company just so that it can be publicly traded is pointless, since ultimately it will boomerang on the company itself. The company, which has now been traded on AIM for the past 20 months, is one the most successful Israeli offerings on that market. Sagi sold shares for $291 million in the IPO and his current holding is worth $736 million.
