AUTOGRIND Low Speed Grinders. Thirteen models available; three models will be on display at NPE—Models LSG-614, LSG-817, and LSG-69. AutoGrind Slow Speed Grinders are designed for cost effective beside the press operation with low noise generation and easy maintenance. The compact design will fit easily in a small space. The low rotor speed generates less noise and fines while providing for long blade life. Designed for beside-the-press granulation of sprues, runners and discarded parts for Injection, Blow Molding and Extrusion application. The heavy duty design can handle tough jobs, even glass filled parts. Standard features: Hardened Cutting Chambers, Staggered Rotors, Soundproofed Tilt Back Hoppers, D2 Steel Knives, Low RPM Rotors and Low In-Feed Heights. Staggered rotor provides more cuts per revolutions - reduce jams or shearing of material
