Based on the proven Eagle Mixing Screw, this nozzle is designed to optimize process performance and provide a solution to short run color mixing issues.

When color concentrates won't completely mix with the material, and time does not allow for a specially designed screw to be manufactured, the Eagle Mixing Nozzle can get the job done.

The Eagle Mixing Nozzle utilizes both dispersive and distributive mixing, with minimal pressure drop and rapid conveying rate. This nozzle achieves homogeneous and isothermal melt quality at the lowest possible melt temperature.

Patterned after our patented Eagle Mixing Screw, this Eagle nozzle can complete the color mixing without adding excessive shear to the polymer melt.
