Engineered for no-care, long wear on big, tough jobs, 10" and 14" TDC Finish Ejector Pins from D-M-E combine through-hard metallurgy with a super-slick thin-dense chrome (TDC) finish. The TDC finish delivers its own inherent lubricity, without need for external lubrication. The thin-dense chrome takes surface hardness to over 70HRC for outstanding wear and corrosion resistance. Diameters are precision centerless ground, further eliminating any sticking points.
Hotwork die steel provides superior thermal shock resistance, while hot-forged heads feature uniform grain flow for high tensile strength.
The 10" and 14" ejector pins are available standard in 1/8", 3/16", ¼", 5/16" and ½" diameters, and have a tolerance of -.0002” to -.0008”.
