Conair supplies a variety of downstream exrtusion equipment for use in virtually any tube, pipe or profile application. Complete extrusion systems with product tooling, sizing, cooling, cutoff and product handling equipment can handle even the most demanding jobs efficiently from start to finish by using individual inline components. These include the high-intensity spray cooling tank which is efficient at removing heat from pipe and heavy profiles, the MT and MTP vacuum sizing tanks for precise sizing of tubing and profiles, an MSVP calibration table, MCB spray and flood cooling tanks, v-belt and cleated pullers, and positional-based servo rotary-knife cutters and traveling saws, with optional servo table travel, for precision cut-off of large profiles and wood composites.

Conair also offers equipment for more specialized applications such as the MedLine puller/cutter which has advanced servo-drive and control technology to give extruders of small-diameter medical tubing — including heart and brain catheters — the highest level of precision possible, along with rugged reliability and user-friendly operation. Other specialty equipment available includes servo-driven tubing coilers, dump tables, takeaway conveyors, and drinking-straw flex machines and wrappers.
