The TrueBlend gravimetric batch blender family features a fully enclosed design that eliminates costly, troublesome pellet leaks common with other blender designs. Double-acting, non-stick, self-centering vertical dispense valves allow material to flow freely and have no sliding clearances that can causing sticking. The TrueFeed precision gravimetric Feeder, uses unique dispensing technology for metering colorants or other additives into the flow of virgin material directly at the throat of the processing machine. Also available are the Compact BFS the Model BFH volumetric auger feeders, which meter materials at speeds determined by the machine’s auger/motor-rpm selections. All Conair blenders have dedicated microprocessor controls for simple, accurate calibration and recipe storage, and offer a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty.
